Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the NattyKing mobile application (the "App") operated by NattyKing ("we," "our," or "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
NattyKing is a health and wellness tracking application that allows users to follow evidence-based protocols for natural testosterone optimization, track bloodwork, log body composition data, and access mindset tools. The App is designed for informational and self-tracking purposes only.
3. Medical Disclaimer
NattyKing is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The protocols, information, and tools provided in the App are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new health, nutrition, supplement, or exercise protocol.
- Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided in the App.
- If you have a medical condition or concern about your hormone levels, consult your doctor.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
- Some features of the App require a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their refund policies.
7. User Content & Data
You retain ownership of any data you input into the App (bloodwork logs, protocol data, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the App's features to you.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
- Create accounts through automated means
- Share your account credentials with others
9. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NattyKing and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The NattyKing name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of NattyKing.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NattyKing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
